• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.
• Immediately notify rpvip7 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Security and Verification

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account Balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. rpvip7 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods, Limits, and Processing Times

Withdrawals are available through the same payment methods used for deposits. Withdrawal limits are:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 200,000,000 (may be adjusted for VIP members)

Withdrawal processing times are typically 2-5 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB) for verified accounts. Outside business hours, processing may take up to 15 minutes. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours.

rpvip7 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests if:

• KYC documentation is incomplete or unverified
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Fraudulent activity or Terms violations are suspected
• The withdrawal amount exceeds available Balance
• The account is under investigation for any reason

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rpvip7 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a Player is engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts, using automated betting systems, exploiting game errors, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Players must engage with rpvip7 Services in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play Games or place bets
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting game software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent regional restrictions
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargebacks, payment reversals, or identity theft
• Money laundering or using rpvip7 to process illegally obtained funds
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or rpvip7 staff
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of rpvip7 systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and potential legal action.

7.2 Game Results and Disputes

All Games on rpvip7 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or rely on live dealer outcomes to ensure fairness and unpredictability. rpvip7 does not manipulate game results in any way. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disputed outcome, rpvip7's decision is final and binding. We reserve the right to void bets, refund stakes, or take other corrective action as deemed appropriate.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and best practices. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of rpvip7 Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and rpvip7.

If negotiations do not result in a satisfactory resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against rpvip7.
